R & D Team
At present, nearly 70% of Hongxinyuan Industry employees are technical R&D personnel, of which more than 20% have over 10 years’ experience in R&D. Many of them have worked in Fortune-500 companies, such as Flextronics, Microsoft and Siemens, while their academic qualifications are generally bachelor degree and above. The team’s configuration is equitable. The R&D team conducts technical exchanges with industry authorities from time to time. Through the combination of theory and practice, the R&D team has mastered original knowledge and cultivated their innovative abilities. It has obtained a series of patents and certificates with independent intellectual property rights by adhering to technological innovation and concentrating public relations.
R&D Management
The company is project-led and has an efficient R&D procedures for project establishment, discussion, 3D modeling, equipment manufacturing and delivery. The designs of mechanicals, software and electronics are closely collaborated, which improves development efficiency. The comprehensive data security system keeps customers confidential, and prevent data from leakage, which leads to strict R&D risks control. The company has set up an independent project management team. At present, it has formed a complete and rigorous project management, which ensures the product quality, delivery and cost.
