4.3 Protection function
4.3.1 Short circuit protection:
In the case of output short circuit, the output voltage is zero, and the on-board wireless charging stops working until the short circuit disappears and the charger starts to work. The input power in the case of output short circuit is extremely low and will not cause any harm to the charger and mobile phone.
4.3.2 Overvoltage protection:
When the circuit breaks down and the input voltage exceeds 10V, the over-voltage protection circuit will start immediately and quickly turn off the output, so that the mobile phone will not be damaged.
4.3.3 Over-temperature protection:
When the motherboard temperature reaches 60℃~75℃, the output power will be automatically reduced, and the output will be automatically turned off when it reaches 75℃~80℃ to protect the integrated circuit itself from damage.
4.3.4 Foreign body detection (FOD)

5. Environmental adaptability test
5.1 High temperature test:
The temperature is 85°C±5°C, and the duration is 8 hours. After being placed at room temperature for recovery, the electrical performance is normal.
5.2 Low temperature test:
The temperature is -25°C±5°C, and the duration is 8 hours. After being placed at room temperature for recovery, the electrical performance is normal.
5.3 Constant damp heat test:
The temperature is 40℃±5℃, the humidity is 90%~95%. After the experiment lasts for 48 hours, there is no corrosion on the exposed metal part, no internal breakdown or arcing phenomenon; insulation resistance ≥20MΩ, and the electrical performance is normal.
6. Mechanical test
6.1 Vibration test:
The frequency is 10-55Hz, the amplitude is 0.35mm, and it vibrates 10 times in each direction of the X, Y, and Z axes. After the vibration, there is no scratches on the appearance, no internal looseness and other mechanical damage; power-on test, no internal shock Wearing, arcing phenomenon; insulation resistance ≥20MΩ; electrical performance is normal.
6.2 Drop test:
The height is 1000mm, and it is dropped on a flat hardwood surface. It is counted as six sides, and falls naturally once on each side. Then the appearance is checked, and the insulation resistance and electrical properties are re-tested. There is no looseness and other bad appearance, no breakdown, arcing and other bad phenomena. The insulation resistance is also ≥20MΩ, and it is normal to use when it is re-energized.
6.3 Impact resistance test:
The DC input terminal repeatedly switches the power supply 100 times, the frequency is 1 time/2 seconds, and the charger works normally.
6.4 USB plug test:
The USB female socket can withstand more than 500 times of plugging and unplugging, and there will be no poor contact.
6.5 Product aging
Temperature 40℃, humidity 5%-95%, input voltage and current DC5V 2A, load 5V 1A, duration 8 hours. After the aging is completed, the subsequent functional test will not be performed until the temperature of the charger casing drops to 15-30°C.
